Thermofab Heat Sinks
The Thermofab range of fabricated heat sinks adds a new dimension to Thermal Management products. Thermofab incorporates all the advantages of multistage progression tooling: for example, the in-tool assembly of solder tags, the inclusion of a planished semiconductor mounting area and transistor clip slots. They are lightweight in construction - up to 50% less than a conventional extruded heat sink - but at a more competitive price.
